I really, really hope he goes ahead and tries to sue you for apparent defamation. Will he do it here in Australia? If so, I'm sure you'll be sat in Germany laughing at him. Will he do it in Germany? In which case the German government / legal system will be laughing at him trying to sue a German citizen from Australia because he's thrown his toys out the pram on an open forum. Maybe his lawyers will use up all that money he's apparently made from his business dealings with TNG - wouldn't it be great if alll the details of those dealings had to come out in court!! Either way, in my opinion, he is just making himself even more of a laughing stock than most on here think he is anyway.
