    Can you share some more details on the three amigos Chapman/Kennedy/Miller on what they have done previously with other companies and what their activities are in relation to TPL. It sounds intriguing.

    Are they just passive speculators investing a chunk in this company or are more actively involved ? Also what is the true potential of this little company ?
