The optics of it (to me anyway) suggest that the lack of a strong rebuttal indicate that GW has hit the nail on the head and their statement was misleading. I am not a lawyer though and I would be following legal advice as well.
Biddle has such a good reputation I can’t believe he is involving himself in this mess. Again, he does not hold any shares which indicates to me he did not have confidence that TNG was a good investment. Why would he get involved at this point in time… Where is the substance behind current management?
