No shareholders (apart from those employed by TNG) have benefited over the last 10+ years but that’s a point both you and the management/board can’t seem to wrap your heads around. So when it comes down to it, if one was to vote against all of the resolutions, all you are voting for is more of the past decade. A timeline of actual achievements if compiled would not be pretty.
