Of course the Brown's weren't consulted by the company/board. 5% doesn't make them "major shareholders" as Paul Brown thinks, so why would they?. The search is on in the mining community for experienced new directors/CEO. A clear signal that messrs Wilson and Robinson, who have negligible experience in mining, have been frozen out. That in turn can only mean that the real "major shareholders" have backed the current board.
