I find this bit interesting and I may be reading too much into it but I had noticed he'd gone from calling PB Burton to Mr Burton in the previous two updates.
"Naturally there will be some tweaks to what I outlined in September as circumstances have evolved, both at the company and in the sector more generally."
Could it be he now sees a role for PB at TNG?
