"ICP is holding their shareholder meeting on 21 January 2014. Gossan will hold theirs probably early February.
Gossan is waiting for ICP to complete theirs.
The Option Agreement has been extended to end January to fit in with the above schedule.
Sovereign will advise the market accordingly."
