Hi Plough, from what they have stated (my interpretation), its just a matter of having extra vehicles available.

Although this section from the quarterly gives a much more detailed answer. Of which everything other than fleet availability has been solved, i.e very close to meeting their targets. Also, due to the lack of equipment, lower grade ore has been processed, instead of stock piled. This is changing as we speak with all three open pits provide ore to the mill. Originally, much of this stripping was supposed to be completed in the pre-production, but it would seem that NRW perhaps started less optimally than expected.
