I do not think it is laughable , from what I have observed with numerous open cut mining operations over many years as an investor if a company fails to ramp up to expectation it is a good leading indicator that it fails the litmus test for minemanagement early on and there needs to be management changes one only has to look at BDR or MOY , The first did not change its mine management effectively the other put in a new MD and OM and ran hard .

From my knowledge of the mining contractor they are a well respected operator. There can always be start up issues on new sites as managers iron out issues with equipment availability and site processes.
