re: pls put us out of our misery .. It certainly does stink. It is an absolute disgrace that shareholders are left in the dark for this long. In all the years I have not seen a proposed merger (if that's what it really is) handled this way.
If you are a shareholder then I suggest you stop wasting your time by ringing the spivs to find out what is really going, instead get in touch with the stock exchange and express your concerns. It is time that the ASX steps in and asks the company what is really going on and to remind them that they have disclosure requirement they need to adhere to.
It is a sad state of affairs when shareholders have to rely on getting some sort of information from a particular poster on hotcopper whom I assume is a client of a certain private client broking firm that the company is associated with.
No news is more than likely bad news when it comes to Mintails and the spivs running it.
