The question is how long will it take to build another mirror image product line ?? Get it running and at what cost?

6 months and XX dollars. So even if the decision to invest happens today it is a significant timeframe for others to sit in out and wait. Should MHI hang around with complete control they will do a nice cosy little convertible or pref issue to themselves to keep the gold flowing. I think we can all sit and see what happens with money on the sidelines and miss the first really high risk and further dillutionary stage
