There is a pending lawsuit against Pryme regarding the Capitola Project that could effect Pryme’s ownership percentages and future operations:

2. District Court of Brazos County, Texas, 85th District Court, Cause Number 15-000434-CV-85, Triopco, LLC d/b/a TPC, LLC Plantiffs  vs.  JCP2 Exploration, LLC, defendant. “Defendants Original Petition and Counterclaim. This was filed on March 30, 2015

3. District Court of Fisher County, Texas, 32nd Judicial District, Cause Number DC2015-0003, styled JCP2 Exploration, LLC, Plantiff   v.  TOC, LLC, DBA Triopco, LLC Defendant. This case was filed on February 20, 2015.
