    nice to know ..... have the company even mentioned any inkling of a lawsuit? as unlikely to succeed as management might think it to be. as much as i would love to back our management to fight this for us I can't say i can trust them as far as i can throw them given their history.

    i might have missed the announcement ... has there been one? or has it been mentioned in any presentations?
