Don't know if there is much of a case to answer for reading through all the docs....
just spitballing here but if the seller was hoping to pick the shares up cheaper by selling out before this was brought to the markets attention then I would say that strategy backfired today anyway.
I think the litigation is being used more as a bargaining tool to encourage further drilling to which the company has previously stated they would not engage in this current climate. As explained to me the claim is without merit and frivolous, as well 3 was completed within the specified timeline.
