lol not really informed but forced to research!

Tough question....like I said Im non too excited finding out from a chat forum that the company has legal proceedings against it. This imo, no matter how inconsequential or otherwise, should have been disclosed to all shareholders as the outcome is material to the future operations of the company.
Seriously if the claim is frivolous then why the need to keep it from shareholders?
That being said the are cashed up , have cash flow and mc is undervalued imo... providing the claim is put to bed.
Not advice but I wouldn't be putting another cent in until management come out with some disclosure surrounding this.
