    I strongly support your point. I'd rather Len to spend that money on the MOU of a new project instead of building a fancy website, right now. However, if it is possible to have a fancy website without slowing down Cougar, that will be a plus:)

    I guess the 1st priority for Len is to have a successful pilot burn...anything else is not as important and they can ALL come later...
