    Fact Finder - your response surprises me? How are we communicating right now.......now let me guess that you most likely use the same medium to find out all of your FACTS!?

    Whilst I TOTALLY agree in the bigger scheme of things - there are MORE important areas for them to invest their resources.....

    C'MON surely you don't see a company's web site....their shop window so to speak as just an "overhead expense"?
