Update CSD figures

Wow, I'm slightly surprised of the revenue if the 3-month LME prices and current AUD is used.

$103 million!



Of course, I doubt the price would be 100% and, as previously, I'll treat it like the old Kagara values of about 80%. Still, that ain't bad in anybody's book.

In fact, given that I won't be able to substantiate any other figures, perhaps I should leave it here.
