The report says PYCs target is to have cash sustainability by end June2012. Further in the report it is anticipated there will be available cash of $3.9mill by end June2012.
IMO it reads: by end of this FY, PYC will still have a -ve cash-flow but reserves will cover the shortfall till a +ve cash-flow is achieved.
