The meeting was on a Friday the price spiked the following tuesday, the inital transcore announcement would have been enough to spike the price, perhaps transcor are going to buy the lot at 8c, directors with options happy, recent & 8c placement holders happy (get their money back), only loyal long term holders would be unhappy.
