AJQ has great assets, but also required to spend huge money to approve, and take a long time to get at the point of being cash positive.
Cash is king. Clearly MBN is a good example, having great resources, even bigger than SIR, but run out of cash, currently is on the edge of going bankruptcy.

My view on AJQ is on short term and likely to be wrong.
But capital raising, in most case, share price is hovering around the low issue price.
