AJQ has a good management team, great assets, but to be approved and get to production which would cost hundreds of millions dollars.
Similar to AJQ, ICN would be a good one to compared with, having great prospective resource, but capex is a killer if they couldnt approve exceptional resource, or a nice JV deal. Otherwise, just keep issuing new shares to dilute existing shareholders' holdings. e.g. Far, BCC, CTP...
I bought AJQ when Egilabria 2 well is spudding. But results seem not as good as what I expected. I won't buy any AJQ as its cash position is burnt out. Only around $6m left by the end of December.
The reasoning I posted, hope my sell sentiment would save some coins.
