AJQ Overview

AJQ currently has 100% ownership of a strategic tenure position in northern Australia, covering approximately 33 million contiguous acres in the Northern Territory and Queensland and is JV into some Victorian Tenements with LKO (Lakes Oil).

1. AJQ management team is predominantly Ex-Arrow Energy Mgmt team. They know how to get large projects up and running as they have done it successfully before.

2. Company has vast acreage on the north eastern side of NT and in western QLD.

3. Companies such as this are valued by EV/Acre. On this measure AJQ is one of the cheapest unconventional Oil/Gas plays in Australia.

4. AJQ is targeting the 60.9 TCF of Gas in over their Tenements in NT/QLD. This is made up of the following resources

a) 22.5 TCF (Trill Cubic Feet) mean prospective gas resource (MBA) from Lawn Shale Formation in Qld

b) 18 TCF unconventional gas in the Riversleigh Formations in Qld

c) 1.8 TCF Conventional resources in Queensland overlaying the lawn shale.

d) 18.6 TCF Mean Prospective Resources in the Barney Creek Shale within EP 171 and EP 176 in the NT.

e) 264.4 BCF Mean Prospective Resources in over
twenty-three (23) targeted areas in the Coxco Dolomite of the Teena Formation, a conventional, freeflowing
reservoir in the Batten Trough, McArthur Basin



5. AJQ is Targeting a gas resource sufficient to potentially supply 6 million tonne per annum Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production for a period of 25 years.


6. Has signed a "Heads of Agreement" with APA to facilitate transportation of gas to the eastern seaboard of Australia and the NT gas market.


7. Has just engaged a new high profile CEO Robert De Weijer. Previously CEO of Dart Energy and Ex COO of Arrow Energy has experience with Shell in Europe, Middle East and Asia.

8. Had cash of approx $37.1m as at the 30 June Quarterly the majority of which will be spent on exploration this year.
