Mark Angelo founder of New York Hedge Fund Yorkville Advisors (YA Global) lent Compass Resources $35 M.in 2009. On 15 November 2011 they were issued just over 1 Billion Compass shares(80% of the issued shares) in exchange for extinguishing their loan of $35 M.
They cannot get relisted on the ASX,they do not have $1 M in net assets.CMR financial statements are posted on thev ASX website.Ya Global and Mark Angelo are now (17 October 2012)being charged with fraud by the US SEC.
Sorry to bore GRR shareholders with all these particulars
on another ASX company, but someone must put this Russian Roulete dill in his proper place.
