Very interesting nonetheless (mainly the comments from the auditor). The CEO/Chair's comments are typical of what we have come to expect. People new to this name may get excited that they may actually consider a dividend at the next meeting. Unfortunately I would be surprised if it even gets mentioned.

Having said all that, the share price suggests this is a fraud, but I for one have no real evidence either way. The stores seem to exist (I was even surprised to find some expensive pandist branded products online), the cash appears to exist (although frauds always seem to have a way to prove that cash exists until it doesn't). I would say however that the auditors themselves would be worried about fraud risk and there have been plenty of advancements in detecting fraud risk in China over the past few years, so it is interesting that nothing has turned up yet. The mystery of SBB continues....
