Update from ASIC, page-34

I am after more details regarding cost for this planned CA (as indicated in the article on adelaidenow) and what is the goal of the CA. Like I said, if it to spill the board and oust AL I will contribute to it, but if it's to get compensation back which will definitely effect my current holding (as I still hold all of it), in this instance, can I still sell and get back some return from the CA (if successful).
I thought this CA involved personal lawyers being hired and nothing to do with ASIC (let face it they do crap all, all the CA I have heard off involves investors hiring personal lawyers and these involved company with way more assets and MC compared to XPE's measly $12M MC and $6M cash on hand.
