It puzzles me that nwe management haven't anticipated all of this considering they recently suggested in their communications that fraccing was due to start Sept 1. Surely, all contingencies would be considered before making such a statement? After all, isn't that what management do? Consider all the variables. The more bases they cover and consider the less surprises (like the current ones), encountered. So now, even if the go ahead in September is received the equipment may not be available. Good grief.
