    NWE letter dated 19th August 2011 to the EPA roughly says '.......very low gas rates are expected.....' on the last paragraph of page 1. (from the EPA link by agriffiths27 above)

    Old NWE ann's always state '.....encouraging gas responses...' (from activities statement June 2011)

    Anyone else found this interesting?
