We now have BARDA who purchase the drug looking at intigating new systems and processes to help get LANI to market quicker and at less of a cost.
I don't give a rats that BOTA won't be in control. The people who make the rules and pay the cash will be in control. As mentioned they also buy the product.

I'm losing my respect for this dude and it looks like BARDA have as well.
