However, why would Shenzhen want to commit soley to NH when they can now conduct further DD on Ancuabe, and propose a much bigger, more significant off-take agreement?
IMO, they obviously feel it is all connected, they realise the strategic importance of both projects, hence the reason for the extension in the DD.
BB will give them this extra time (not 6 months) as obviously he can also see the significance of a bigger off-take, more capital etc... But will not be solely relying on Shenzhen.
IMO, I do agree though that yes it would have been better to get the Nicanda Hill LOI set in stone, and work on an additional proposal for Anncuabe, but obviously Shenzhen have other plans... Will have to see how the next couple months play out!
