So, in your opinion, is it the case that the governments of Cameroon and Congo and Sundance Resources are all in the same boat and will simply have to wait for the resources cycle to turn (or at least see the signs of green shoots for 2019 or so when they could be producers) before they can obtain finance? In the alternative, will China Inc. provide finance once the governments of Cameroon and Congo have been able to legally and legitimately ditch Sundance?
