Dont see apc flying thru the price levels. It will be a slow grind that is controlled with selling caps at each level.
This is good because it keeps the traders that churn stock out.
They can get involved at 20 odd cents. Until then accumulate what u can. A core holding and a little trading stock to keep the dollars coming in.
