Are there more pros than cons for Ferreira?

If Pen is up and running and selling coal and the Ferreira is coming to an end.
Would there be any point in buying more land and keep it going or would it be better to just take all the staff and operating cost and look at the next option.

I am just looking at pros for Ferreira running at the same time.

With maybe 3 months to go till we could maybe get around the same coal out of Pen as of Fer, maybe the staff and equipment could head off to another site!
