    You would think that no one would bring the company on before June 30 if they could avoid it (based on some comments above regarding a desire to get out) coupled with the ability to book a tax loss and get 'something' back for it in a relatively short term.

    Bold move to try and finance in the weeks leading up to June 30 IMO
