abdm will be able to answer much better than I possibly could, but to put it simply, in most cases, these two compounds taken orally, do very little in regards to rebuilding cartilage. They are required to build cartilage but when taken orally, very little makes it where it's needed. This is why OBJ's offering is the holy grail in joint repair: They deliver it directly to the joint transdermally. It's the same as taking a drug orally or via injection or transdermally. In most cases when you take something orally, the liver gets in the way, getting rid of it before the body can fully use it. In the case of ibuprofen, it actually damages the liver. Notice on the packet it says not to use for more than 2 days? Now, where is this OBJ ibuprofen patch, or vaccine patch?
