It was a few weeks ago that I sent the email and I reported back a summary of the answers on the forum. CBF finding the exact post.
I should have also pointed out @Drake2021 that some of my questions that I emailed weren't answered. Not even a reply such as "commercial confidence does not allow me to answer". Get the board into a room and hit them with the hard questions and watch them sweat. Body language is everything, otherwise they just hide behind their keyboards.
