Thought you might be interested in a response I have received from MLS today.

I refer to your email addressed to Tim Putt.

Tim is currently on a field trip to Manindi to further our programme, so I will take the opportunity to respond on his behalf.

We are very conscious that our share price has fallen, along with most other junior resource companies listed on the ASX. However, we cannot simply make announcements purely in reaction to falling share prices.

Irrespective of any movements on the ASX, we are continuing our work on the Manindi project, with a view to completing both geological and structural models of the ore bodies. Both of these models are required to ensure that any recalculation of the current JORC resource is both accurate and meaningful.

We have engaged specialist outside consultants to do this modelling on our behalf and the work is well in hand.

In addition, metallurgical test work is also well underway, under the direction of a consultant metallurgist.

Geological work is also proceeding on our Namibian prospects, a Director of the Company, Alex Clemen, who is a senior geologist, is currently in Namibia overseeing the field work.

When we are in a position to do so, we will make an appropriate release through the ASX.
