One more line of questions from this inexperienced investor & many thanks to anyone taking the time/effort to set things straight (as “Asttm” did w/my previous query):

Is my understanding correct that we will be “locked-out” for 6 months from trading our "converted" GMV shares after the Nasdaq IPO?

If so, since I assume that GMVD-Nasdaq shares will be traded during that 6-month moratorium, does this “lockdown” apply only to those GMV shares that were formerly on the ASX … such that the new GMVD shareholders are free to trade as they may from Day 1?
