Im happy with that strategy. It gives the company some breathing room to execute on new hospital sign ups and approvals. I imagine that if we could trade from day 1 - many posters including myself would sell at least a portion of shares to recover capital that has been tied up in the sea of red for last couple of years! However if those same holders see the share price rise steadily over the first six months, then i bet very few will be selling substantial amounts when the lockup ends. Conversely, if we see a share price decline over the first 6 months, even a tiny one, I imagine it will truly be a "bloodbath" on day one after the lockup ends.
