I have a feeling we're going to start seeing some action soon. The consolidation around these levels needs to let up, let's see where it takes us but i'd say we should be heading into the 20s soon.
Don't forget AC8 isn't the only one that's asleep, it's the whole sector.
It's only a matter of time before the sector, including AC8 wake up and.. double (IMO)
