I have no idea how reliable the Business Standard is as i have never heard of them before but as it appears to be a quote from the MD appears like it would be reliable.
From memory i think exploration costs on Wonarah are up to $25-30m so looks like they are just paying their 50% share of actual costs and their 'premium' to get access to Wonarah is to arrange finance
