NMDC did not pay much for LCY so if MAK is purchased for Wonarah tenements, the $15 million quoted by the media is probably realistic.For MAK shareholders the financial clout behind the deal as some posters have suggested is the crux to the deal.
Disclosure:- do not hold MAK but have small interest in UCL.
Hope 2 companies can continue to work together with Sandpiper project likely to provide cash flow for both UCL & MAK .
