IMO, according to the market UCL have to t/o MAK lol.
15m will be very close to the deal. So no mre than 20m and not lees than 10m. Yes with the indians 10m is still a posibility. Maybe they tried to mitigate the final offer. Shareholders, may say 15m is all right, then zooooooooom, a offer of 10m.
Lcy shareholders, said. 100m, 50m, However the media started to look around 30m, shareholders said why not, then zoooooooom a dissapointed 19m offer plus plenty bla bla bla, ATM the credit crisis is hard to be finance, and they will start to say remeber we have 4B on hand and all this b&*&&*&^t.
