I'm sure there is some Tibetan goat herder in Nepal that needs bailing out. Why don't we spend $15 mill on that. Sorry I cant help it. Maybe you're right that the initial sum isn't the important figure here but when someone broadcasts that all costs associated with Wonarah plus arranging finance then that means all costs.
