    Wonder how this has unfolded this morning...
    Completion of DOCA is subject to Albidon creditors passing a resolution to establish a creditors trust
    which in turn allows the administration to be completed. The meeting of creditors to vary the DOCA will
    be held at the offices of KPMG on 29 September.

    The Company confirms that the CHESS sub?]register will be reinstated on 30 September.
