Base Resources Limited (ASX:BSE, LON:BSE) managing director Tim Carstens speaks to Proactive Investors about the key outtakes from the quarterly update for Q4 2018, released today.Carstens also details the latest on the Kwale Mineral Sands Operations in Kenya, and teases some of the content that will be included in the Pre Feasibility Study due out this quarter on the Toliara Project in Madagascar.He says, "It's a very significant study; it's a bit of a misnomer calling it a pre feasibility study... This is about getting the configuration right. A lot of good work had been done on this project before we acquired it, we're really building on that good work and doing a lot of the final test work that underpins the flow sheet design."
