Keeping holders adequately informed in a timely manner is not PR, it is basic communication. Some posters seem almost resigned to not getting finance before 31 march, despite previously being confident about getting it before 31 december.
How will we dare stay confident if they just eventually announce they are still sitting in the bank foyer like a stateless citizen stranded in an airport?
How long is the period before 'delay of finance' becomes indistinguishable from 'failure to obtain finance' for all practical intents and purposes?
Apparently it is not 3 months, not 6 months, not 12 months and not 18 months. Is it 2 years?
Mid-next week I want the finance or an explanation. If the latter, I want to hear exactly what AVB plans to do about it. Claiming bv is responsible misses the point. If they can't arrange a modest loan in 2 years, then avb needs to take steps to get it elsewhere.
