East Energy Resources second ASX ?speeding ticket? this week as JORC pending

"East Energy Resources (ASX: EER) has received an ASX price and volume query for a second time in a week, after the company's shares jumped 14% to an intra-day high of $0.435 on Friday 8 April, up from $0.38 a day earlier.
The company said it is not aware of any material information that has not been announced which may explain sudden investor interest.
In a reply to the ASX the company cited an announcement from 17 March that East Energy expects the confirmation of a coal JORC Indicated Resource by the end of this month, as a possible explanation for the sudden investor interest.
On Monday 4 April, East Energy received an ASX price and volume query after shares jumped 17%."
