    All this exciting news; yet while TS is involved the risk profile increases exponentially.

    Hence why no one is investing, you can't have a track record of decades self inflicted failure and expect people to part with money to support you.

    I feel for Paul, he seems to have a great quality asset here that is ready for development but can't part from the stench of the TS and shadow of Timis.
