The only issue I can envisage, is the continuous disclosure aspect of the drill.
Dave touched on this in the London Presentation(audio), where he stated that pretty much all the zones would be reported on whether they contained oil or not.
I agree though, it's really the flow test that means anything at the end of the day. Is it commercial or are we stuck here diluted for another year
